I kept thinking of random things - not worrying, just thinking. I tried about 5 herbal tablets and spent up big $$$ on them but they didn't work. I ended up getting proper sleeping tablets from the doctor, though I know that's not what you want to hear. IMO, your parents shouldn't rule out sleeping pills. You don't go on them forever - only for a week or two so that your body can get back into the rhythm of going to sleep. It is a very bad thing to not get enough sleep. And a chem midterm tommorow. Forget sleep aids cuz usually your insomnia will counter them. I popped 4 already... Try natural stuff like running everyday, warm milk, yoga, its mainly caused from stress and the more you dont sleep the more stressed you get. vicious cycle :-( But for now maybe read? that puts me to sleep. or a recording of my chem lecture..
